M1. XDR. And a whole lot more.

As ACD and writer, I worked with cross-functional teams, including Brand and PM, to redesign a more effective buy flow experience for the latest iPad Pro. With the help of my team, we developed a new buy flow based on data from customer behaviors.

Upon launch, we saw an immediate increase in desired customer behaviors, including add-on purchases of key accessories. Specific details cannot be shared publicly, but a broad overview of key successes may be discussed in private.
