THE PROJECT:

Brookside Chocolate is a Canadian based brand owned by Hershey. In an effort to increase sales and brand presence across North America, they wanted a campaign that made a splash. Gary and his partner created a campaign centered around a comedic spokesman who directly addressed and responded to fans. All marketing, from video to social addressed a single fan comment and took it out of context. We even delivered a 100lb bag to a specific customer.

THE RESULTS:

The campaign was highly successful in quickly building a new fan base. Existing fans were thrilled to be a part of the campaign. Our average social media engagement was up to 35x our three key competitors. And we led the brand to its highest sales to date in the first 3 months of the campaign.
